Toronto Community and Culture Centre (TCCC), formally known as Toronto Mainland Chinese Community Centre, was established in 1995 and registered as a charitable organization in 1998. Since 1996, TCCC has delivered settlement services, social programs as well as youth internship programs, which are invariably supported by the three levels of government. As an expanding service agency in the Mandarin-speaking community of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), TCCC has offered and provided a great number of diverse services targeting Mandarin community members but at the same time open to all people in the community.

TCCC has provided service for walk-in, telephone and group clients in the past years. From 1996, we have successfully delivered a large number of programs, such as Youth Service Canada, Youth international Program, Summer Job Program, Community Access Program, one on one training program, newcomer settlement program, community service Grant program, Breaking the Cycle of violence Grants program, minor recreation Grant program and access & equity program, etc from the three level of the government. We have also organized many outreach activities within the mainland Chinese community and Canadian society. For instance, we organize the celebrating Canada each year, family day, culture exhibition, international job fair, Chinese New Year performances and many outdoor activities, For the past year, a great number of mainland Chinese volunteer have participated and helped in our services and events

多伦多社区文化中心(TCCC)，原名多伦多中国大陆社区中心，成立于1995年，1998年注册为慈善组织。自1996年

以来，TCCC提供移民定居服务、社会服务以及青年实习项目，这些项目得到三级政府的支持。作为一家不断扩张且服务于大多伦多地区普通话社区的机构，TCCC不仅为普通话社区成员提供了大量且多样化的服务，同时也服务于所有社区人群开。 在过去的几年里，TCCC也给未预约的、电话和团体客户提供服务。从1996年开始，我们也提供了大量由三级政府资助的项目，如加拿大青年服务项目、青年国际项目、暑期工作项目、社区资源使用项目、一对一培训项目、新移民安置项目、社区服务拨款项目、反暴力项目、小型娱乐赠款项目和公平及平等项目等。我们还在中国大陆和加拿大社会组织了许多外联活动。例如，我们每年组织庆祝加拿大国庆日、家庭日、文化展览、国际招聘会、中国新年演出和许多户外活动。

在过去的一年里，大量来自中国大陆的志愿者参与并帮助我们的服务和活动。
