今年的中秋节恰逢周末。 家人可以聚在一起庆祝，但有家人在家乡的人会感到孤独，更想念家乡。 大流行使许多人无法旅行近 3 年。 人们不能回家，也不能长时间想念家人。 中秋节委员会为他们组织了一场亲身庆祝活动，将在国王广场停车场举行。 我们还组织了中秋节比赛，鼓励华人社区在中秋节期间表达他们的情感。
举办比赛是为了鼓励大家分享他们的经验。
Moon Festival falls on a weekend this year. Families can gather together to celebrate, but those who have family back in their hometown will feel lonely and miss their hometown more. The pandemic has held many back from traveling for almost 3 years. People cannot travel back home and miss seeing their families for such a long time. The Moon Festival Committee has organized an in-person celebration event for them, to be held in the parking lot of King’s Square. We also have organized the Moon Festival Contest to encourage the Chinese community to express their emotions during Moon Festival.
The contest is being held to encourage all to share their experiences.
