Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in North York, ON for an Online Game Presenter. In this role, you will be presenting live casino games to online players while keeping them engaged and entertained. You will be responsible for explaining game rules, monitoring games, and interacting with players to ensure that they have a positive experience. You will work closely with the production team to deliver high-quality game content.
Pay Rate- $22/hr. + Bonus (Based on Performance)
Morning Shift 7 am – 4 pm
Afternoon Shift 3 pm – 12 am
Night Shift 12 am – 8 am
Must be Fluent in Korean /Japanese, / Mandarin / Indonesian / Vietnamese.
Specific Responsibilities: - Conduct live games for online players in accordance with company policies and procedures. - Interact with players in a professional and friendly manner, while providing them with excellent customer service - Deal cards, spin a wheel, and announce various winning bets. - Quick and accurate handling of cards and other gaming equipment - Follow strict security procedures and protocols to ensure the integrity of the games. - Assist players with the rules of game and effectively answer any questions. related to winnings, or other concerns. - Escalate any disputes accordingly to the company’s policies in an efficient and timely manner. - Attend training sessions and stay up to date with new games and industry trends. - Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements: - Must be fluent in Korean /Japanese, / Mandarin / Indonesian / Vietnamese and English. - Must be comfortable working on camera during live games. - Must be comfortable with technology and have basic computer skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure, maintaining accuracy and discretion - Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. - Basic casino games knowledge would be an asset. - Must be able to comply with the gaming licensing directive upon hire date. Education: - High School/ GED Diploma Schedule: Ability to commute/relocate: - North York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work. (required) Work Location: In person

Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
High energy and outgoing personality with a passion for entertaining people
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule.
Quick thinking and problem-solving skills in the event of technical difficulties or unexpected situations
Knowledge of online casino games and the gaming industry is an asset.
Previous experience in the entertainment industry such as acting, hosting, or presenting is desirable.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
